Applications
Passenger Vehicle & Commercial Vehicle Brake Pads Hot Presses
This 180T 6-station 4-cavity proportional hot press is used for hot press forming of small disc brake pads. Each machine is equipped with 6 pressing stations, with or without a separate weighing machine, and is manually operated. Each station produces 4 brake pads. It adopts an equal ratio pressure design with 2 sets of dual molds. Press parameters include pressing temperature, time, holding pressure, exhaust times, exhaust distance, and pressurization pressure for each exhaust step.

Equal ratio pressure design ensures uniform pressure for each brake pad, delivering excellent product consistency.
Precise temperature control: lower mold core heating and middle mold peripheral heating.
Multiple stations share one set of hydraulic and electrical systems, saving floor space.
Low-cost molds with high flexibility and easy replacement.
Low equipment investment cost.
