Passenger Vehicle & Commercial Vehicle Brake Pads Hot Presses
The 8-station fully automatic equal ratio hot press is used for brake pads. There are two models: 180T 4-cavity press for small brake pads and 250T 2-cavity press for large brake pads.
Each machine is equipped with 8 pressing stations, each station can produce one product type. Pressing parameters of each station can be idividually controlled and operated independently.
The 8-station fully automatic equal ratio hot press integrates automatic weighing machines, 6-axis robots and equal ratio hot presses into one integrated control system.
It realizes automatic parameter transmission, automatic weighing, automatic material receiving, automatic material distribution, automatic mold cleaning, automatic mold release agent spraying, automatic feeding, automatic back plate placement, automatic pressing and automatic product pickup, achieving fully automatic production of brake pad hot press forming. An interface is reserved for customer to automatically import all required working parameters by scanning barcodes.
