Passenger Vehicle & Commercial Vehicle Brake Pads Hot Presses
8-station fully automatic proportional hot press is used for hot press forming of disc brake pads. There are two models: 180T 4-cavity press for small brake pads and 250T 2-cavity press for large brake pads.Each machine is equipped with 8 pressing stations, each station can produce one product type. Pressing parameters of each station can be individually controlled and operated independently.The 8-station fully automatic proportional hot press integrates automatic weighing machine, 6-axis robot and proportional hot press into one integrated control system.It realizes automatic parameter transmission, automatic weighing, automatic material receiving, automatic material distribution, automatic mold cleaning, automatic mold release agent spraying, automatic feeding, automatic back plate placement, automatic pressing and automatic product pickup, achieving fully automatic production of brake pad hot press forming. An interface is reserved for customer to automatically import all required working parameters by scanning barcodes.
