180T Six-Station Semi-Automatic Equal Proportional Hot Press (Truss Type)
Each machine is equipped with six pressing stations and two weighing machines, and adopts a truss-type manipulator to realize semi-automatic production.Each station produces 4 brake pads, and the six stations can process 6 different product types simultaneously.The pressing parameters of each station can be individually controlled and operated independently.Press parameters include pressing temperature, time, holding pressure, exhaust times, exhaust distance, and pressurization pressure for each exhaust step.
The equipment integrates weighing machines, truss with manipulators, and isobaric hot presses into one integrated control system, realizing automatic parameter transmission, automatic weighing, automatic feeding, automatic material distribution, and automatic pressing.Manual work is only required for mold cleaning, back plate placement, and finished product taking, achieving semi-automatic production of brake pad hot press forming.
The equipment features a simple structure, low cost, and low mold expenses.It offers flexible production modes and convenient mold replacement.
