Medium frequency induction complete equipment consists of multiple subsystems, including the medium frequency power supply, furnace body, cooling system, automation control system, and hydraulic system. Among these, the hydraulic system undertakes critical actuation tasks such as furnace tilting, furnace cover lifting, and discharge mechanism driving, making it one of the core components that ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the equipment. As the executive components, hydraulic cylinders directly impact the operational efficiency and safety of the entire production line through their stability and reliability.
Taking the medium frequency melting furnace as an example, during the melting process, the hydraulic system must precisely control the tilting angle of the furnace body to achieve smooth tapping of molten steel or iron. In front-of-furnace operations, hydraulic cylinders drive the opening and closing of the furnace cover and the lifting of electrodes. Therefore, customized design of hydraulic systems and matching cylinders based on different furnace types and working conditions is a critical technical approach to enhancing overall equipment performance.
