To fulfil MAT FRICTION's need to upgrade its existing production line in France, improve brake pad hot-forming efficiency, and meet the customer's requirements for high precision, and extended continuous operation, YueChuang Hydraulic custom-delivered a complete 180-ton 8-station fully automatic isothermal hot press solution.
The scope included the complete machine, dedicated forming molds, a custom hydraulic system, cylinder power units, and a full set of electrical control and automation systems.
The equipment supports independent pressing at each station, precise pressure control, automatic loading and unloading, automatic material spreading, automatic mold cleaning, automatic release agent spraying, and automatic steel back placement—enabling fully automated brake pad hot-forming production that perfectly aligns with Europe's high-standard brake pad forming processes.

This project encompassed the entire process from complete machine assembly and factory acceptance testing to export packaging, ocean shipping, and on-site delivery. Our overseas engineering team was dispatched to Europe to carry out full on-site installation, piping and wiring connections, system integration and commissioning, production line adaptation, and employee operation training.
Additionally, a comprehensive after-sales support system was established overseas, including warranty-period spare parts supply, lifetime paid on-site maintenance, and technology upgrade services, ensuring long-term stable mass production of the equipment.

Following commissioning, the production line achieved a significant increase in automation, effectively reducing manual intervention. The independent operation of multiple stations greatly enhanced daily output and multi-model production capability.
With stable pressing force and precise temperature control, the consistency and surface quality of the formed brake pads fully met requirements and complied with EU automotive parts manufacturing standards. The customer has expressed high recognition and established long-term cooperative trust.
