This project is a need for upgrading the outdated production line at the existing manufacturing site, and to meet the stringent market requirements for high‑quality brake pads in terms of pressing accuracy, production efficiency, and product consistency, ZF conducted a global search for premium equipment suppliers. After multiple rounds of technical exchanges, our company stood out with our deep technical expertise and customization capabilities, and successfully secured the order to custom‑deliver two sets of 200‑ton 8‑station fully automatic hot presses.
This equipment is not a simple assembly of tooling components, but an intelligent manufacturing cell that deeply integrates an automatic weighing system, a 6‑axis robot, and a high‑precision proportional hot press.
Through a unified central control system, it enables a fully automated, end‑to‑end workflow from raw material to finished product, including automatic parameter transmission, automatic material weighing and levelling, automatic mold cleaning and release‑agent spraying, automatic material loading and back‑plate placement, as well as automatic pressing and product pick‑up.
The overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the system exceeds 85%. Key performance features include proportional pressing, precise temperature control, independent control of multiple stations, and high‑efficiency parallel operation.
Turnkey Delivery: This project achieved complete turnkey delivery, covering factory assembly, installation and commissioning, export packaging, sea freight, and final delivery. We dispatched an overseas engineering team to Mexico to carry out on‑site installation, pipeline connection, system integration and debugging, production line adaptation, and employee operation training. Despite significant challenges in obtaining Mexican visas, our project team responded flexibly and planned meticulously, successfully completing all milestones according to the scheduled timeline.
After‑Sales Service: We have established a comprehensive overseas after‑sales support system, including free spare parts during the warranty period, lifetime paid on‑site maintenance, and technical upgrade services, ensuring long‑term stable mass production of the equipment. Our outstanding execution capabilities have earned high recognition from the customer.
